All are trained in our DoubleTree standards and certified in responsible alcohol service, but you’ll love them for their outgoing personalities and their passion to create memorable experiences for your guests.

Custom Bar Rental

Talk about a statement piece! For those seeking to elevate their beverage experience, we’ve developed stunning, one-of-a-kind bars which are sure to be the focal point of your next event.

Constructed with high end materials such as granite, mahogany, copper, reclaimed barn wood, patinated metal and bamboo, your guests will wonder, “how did they get that here?”

Your rental includes beautifully designed and intelligently lighted front and back bars that artfully display your liquor and glassware. They are accompanied by themed high top cocktail tables complete with barstools.

Available Showpiece Bars

Library Bourbon Bar – Rich mahogany front bar complete with panel millwork details and a brass rail with 7′ tall backbar lighted library shelves and oversized brass accent pieces. Accompanied by four brushed antiqued metal high top cocktail with barstools. 

Reclaimed Barn Wood Bar – Made of white washed style barn wood with black granite tops and towering shelving. 12′ long and fully illuminated with custom color LED lighting, it’s accompanied by four high top cocktail tables complete with elegant chiavari barstools.

Toasts, Wine & Kegs

Considering a fun champagne toast during your event?

Add $4.00 per guest – includes our house sparkling wine and champagne glass rental.  Like the idea of wine being served to your guests during dinner by our smiling attentive staff?  

Add $4.00 per guest – includes our house California wines and wine glass rental. Looking for some special wines for your special event? All of our packages include great California wine selections.

We have additional wine selections available that are charged by the bottle or we can find the brands of your choosing. Just ask our libations specialist and they provide you with availability and pricing. We love beer on tap! A dual sixtel or single ½ barrel kegerator is included in your package. The cost of beer is an additional charge.

Special Requests

Have something different in mind? All packages can be modified to include your select specialty liquor brands. Your libations specialist will provide you with any additional pricing.

Smaller Affairs

Having a more intimate event? Our package pricing is based on a minimum of 100 guests.  Ask about additional staffing cost for events under 100 guests.

FAQ

Terms and Conditions​

All charges are subject to a 25% taxable banquet service charge plus 6% Pennsylvania State Tax.  The prevailing banquet service charge and State sales tax are subject to change. Additionally, food packaging will not be provided for take-out purposes due to licensing restrictions. Menu selections must be submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance; so that we can make appropriate staffing and product arrangements.

You must provide a detailed count of each individual entrée by noon minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the event. The client must also provide Catering by DoubleTree a way to denote which attendee ordered what entrée to the service staff. Hotel reserves the right to limit the total number of selections to two for groups of 100 guests or more contracted.

Attendance guarantees must be given by noon ten (10) business days prior to your function.  Food is prepared for the guarantee and guarantees are not subject to reduction within the ten-business day period and will be charged accordingly. Increases to guaranteed numbers would be accepted upon availability.  Food will be prepared and rentals will be ordered per specifications outlined in the Banquet Event Orders, approved by meeting planner(s). For events, which no guarantee is provided, the contracted expected attendance figures will be considered the guarantee. Should any food function be altered following the signing of this contract, all rental fees will be re-assessed and appropriate charges will apply.

All Payments are via check, cash, or credit card. You must sign and return a credit card authorization form, should payment be via credit card. If paying via check, Catering by DoubleTree must receive the check a minimum of 5 business days before the event to allow processing. If the check is received within five business days, the final payment must be a certified check.

*Please note that Catering by DoubleTree reserves the right to place a pre-authorization on the credit card for the anticipated event charges no earlier than five business days before the event.

**Tax exemption, if you are tax exempt, a Pennsylvania approved State exemption certificate must be provided before the function for the tax not to be charged. In addition, payment must be made from the exempt organization stated on the tax-exempt form for the exemption to be honored.

Under the terms of this signed contract, Catering by DoubleTree is reserving in the name of your organization, the food, rentals & staffing requirements described herein.  In the event these reserved services are not used, Catering by DoubleTree will experience significant monetary losses.

Therefore, in the unlikely event your organization should cancel its function; the organization will pay to Catering by DoubleTree a cancellation fee; which shall consist of:

Notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date and amount

Contract signing to 366 days  10%

365 – 180 days  25%

179 – 90 days 50%

89 – 30 days  75%

29 – 0 days  100%

 

Cancellation charges are due and payable within 3 days after the cancellation date.

**If the Covid-19 virus should causes the Federal, State or Local Government to impose restrictions/ closures, which in turn would force a cancellation the force majeure section of the contract would come into effect which would enact the cancellation of the event without any further cancelation charges or penalties**
