Since 1987, Catering by DoubleTree Reading’s Executive Chef, Carlos Gomez, has created culinary magic for millions of thrilled guests all over the world, serving Presidents and dignitaries, Brides and Grooms, corporations, and non-profit groups in France, London, Sweden, Sri Lanka, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Baltimore and New York City. In addition, the Chef has directed the culinary teams at many renowned large-scale organizations, including Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, and Hershey Resorts.
We are fortunate to have him here at DoubleTree by Hilton Reading to design menus that reflect our clients’ character, culture, and purpose and satisfy their needs, expectations, and desires. Chef Carlos expertly oversees his handpicked team of talented Chefs to ensure that the food at each event is of superior quality, highly creative, and most beautifully presented.
